Finished top of my training class and was able to reach 100% efficiency within 3 months of working, a metric calculated by averaging job completion times of all other technicians within the company. I am tasked with the installation and repair inside the distribution layer of Bell Canada’s Fiber to the home (FTTH) Fiber Optic telecommunication infrastructure.
I am continuously learning and developing skills in technologies relevant to branding. I’ve helped over a dozen clients build their personal and product brands. Notable skills include web development, analytics, social media, photography, and videography.
Optimized and automated workflows, allowing for 100%+ increases in time efficiency of tasks. I am tasked with the digitization of client files and manipulation of CSV data files with Matlab and displayed in Microsoft Excel.

Gained experience in multiple roles including cashier and sales. Strove for strong conversion rates by keeping in check with all customers whilst maintaining showroom floor. Communication skills was key in this role and as such was developed in a brute force manor.
Gained experience with different machines at Tim Hortons. Fast past environment allowed for development in multi tasking. Took part in overnight shifts giving me the confidence to take these shifts in future work places.
